About

Kim is a nearly 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry, having worked in all parts – from processing to escrow. She became a loan officer about 20 years ago and at that time found her passion! Kim’s philosophy of "love, serve and care" is at the very core of her mortgage lending values and nothing gives her greater pleasure than to say the words, “Your loan is closed, the house is yours!”

Kim is a nine-year veteran of the US Air Force and shares that veteran status with her husband Brian, as well as her father and brothers. Her love and respect for her fellow veterans makes the VA loan her favorite loan. Welcoming deserving service members into their homes is a constant source of pride.

In Kim’s spare time she enjoys exploring Idaho’s beautiful wilderness with family and friends through camping, hiking and ATV riding, sampling Idaho’s spectacular wines and spending time with her eight (yes, eight!) grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, particularly to Germany and Spain to visit family and friends.

About

Kayte has a great deal of previous industry experience, from working with Kim during the crazy times of 2005 through 2009, to picking back up again in 2014 where she then took a brief break to raise her kiddos, and then starting back with the Demma Team in 2019.

She really enjoys being a part of making homeownership a reality for clients and experiencing all of the excitement with them along the way! The most rewarding part of her job is taking the client's loan from start to finish and guiding them throughout the process.

In Kayte's spare time, she enjoys taking care of her three boys and spending time with her husband. They enjoy doing things as a family like camping, fishing, hiking and exploring the outdoors, as well as family movie nights and relaxing at home. Wine, eating yummy food, shopping and hobby interior decorating are also amongst her favorites.

Lacy has been in the mortgage/real estate industry for over four years, and joined the Demma Team in 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator. In this position, she works closely with borrowers from contract to closing. Her favorite part about her job is interacting with clients and making their homeownership goals a reality!

In her spare time, Lacey enjoys hiking and biking in the Boise foothills with her husband and son.
